Failure to comply may result in service termination without a refund.
3. Payment & Subscription Terms

3.2 Cancellation & Refunds
- Clients may cancel at any time. For full-time services, a one-month notice is required.
- Refunds, if applicable, are calculated based on unused service hours/days only.
- We do not provide refunds for completed work.

5.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VA Mantra:
- Is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
- Is not responsible for client misinterpretations of advice or deliverables.
6. Compliance & Acceptable Use
Clients must not use our services for:
- Fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities.
- Spam, harassment, or deceptive practices.
- Any activity violating data protection laws.
Violation of these terms may lead to immediate service termination without a refund.
7. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises:
- We encourage clients to contact us for resolution.
- If unresolved, disputes will be handled under Surat, Gujarat jurisdiction.
